Product Description

Non-halogenated flame retardant(Model:YC01) has flame retardancy synergistic effect of phosphorus,bromine and nitrogen specially for PP.

In comparison to common halogenated flame retardants, YC01 has the following advantages:
· Add a small amount of YC01 can get great flame retardancy. More economical than halogen flame retardants.
· Lower corrosiveness to mold

How to use:
1. Add 0.8%~1.2% of YC01 into homo-polypropylene(HOPP), or add 1.8%~2.5% of YC01 into co-polypropylene(COPP),so that plastic could achieve UL94 V2 level. In addition, YC01 can be used with talcum powder and barium sulfate.
2.PP can achieve UL94 V0 level if 3-5% YC01 is added to it during injection molding without adding fibres. The amount of YC01 should be 7% if the injection molding process adds 30% fibres.
3. Note that YC01 does not work with calcium carbonate.
